The Work
Connect The Order
Built and promoted on-demand InkSoft stores for schools and organizations. Orders flowed into Printavo, with each step triggering the next through fulfillment and follow-up.
Check Every Station
Used scripts and tablets to check artwork, placement, colors, garment sizes, and quantities. Flagged jobs stayed on hold until the issue was corrected and checked again.
Continue The Conversation
Built custom customer-acquisition forms and APIs for customer follow-up and Google review requests.
The Result
An implemented order-management workflow with quality checks built into production. Improved print accuracy by holding flagged jobs until errors were corrected and checked again.

The Work
Start With Production
Translate print-production requirements into an artwork workflow that preserves the original and keeps approval with the user.
Protect The Details
A comparison caught an AI rebuild filling transparent openings. Protected tracing preserved those openings in the corrected test.
Make The Output Testable
Verified a 3600 × 3600 transparent PNG at 300 DPI, with zero protected-opening pixels filled in that test. Physical print proof remains pending.
The Result
A private artwork-processing pilot with a verified correction and review controls. Implementation developed with AI assistance.

The Work
Suggest A First Frame
Use local AI and tracking to create a first pass from 360° footage while preserving the original source.
Keep The Editor In Control
Review the panorama and reframed preview, correct the subject or camera direction, and retain editable framing decisions.
Deliver A Usable Draft
Export 1080p H.264 with original audio, an editable Premiere project, and framing-range data. Queue and recovery support make repeated processing practical.
The Result
A working local tool with verified draft exports, including the eight-second sample in the case study. Editorial approval remains a human step; implementation was AI-assisted.

The Work
Automate The Production Route
I am developing a workflow to route orders from multiple e-commerce stores to vendors and suppliers, while separating work for in-house production by product type, quantity, decoration method, and in-house capability.
Build The Foundations
Saved work includes a Shopify draft theme, custom form scripts, artwork guidance, and a Printavo training guide. The guide documents customer intake and production status automations.
Record What Works
Saved checks report successful Printavo customer matching, Shopify page and product views reaching GA4, and Google indexing for two sample products. Full order routing and production-file delivery remain in development.
Work In Progress
Supporting storefront assets, intake work, and measurement checks are documented. The Order Desk routing system remains in development, with integration and end-to-end validation still ahead.
