Keep The Original
Retain the uploaded artwork so the output can be compared with the source and the user can return to it.
02 / InkTru / Applied AI / Product & Creative Direction
InkTru brings brand direction and print-production requirements into an AI-assisted artwork workflow. My focus is on helping an idea become usable artwork—with the original preserved and the result checked.
The Context
Artwork can look convincing on screen and still lose a detail that matters in print.
InkTru connects brand identity, a marketing website, and a private artwork-processing pilot. This case focuses on the pilot: preserving original artwork, reviewing changes, and preparing an output against production requirements.
I bring the print-production perspective, define the behavior I need, and evaluate real test results. AI assists the implementation and selected artwork workflows.
The Decisions
In the red-garment test, an AI rebuild filled openings that should have remained transparent. Comparing the result with the preserved original exposed the problem.
Retain the uploaded artwork so the output can be compared with the source and the user can return to it.
Add a tracing option that preserves shapes and open areas. This correction used a deterministic method rather than another AI redraw.
Keep an approval step before preparation so visual decisions remain visible to the person responsible for the work.
The Result / One Verified Test
The protected-opening test met its digital checks. Physical print proofing remains the next validation step; this result does not establish readiness for every artwork type.
Production requirements, product direction, visual comparison, and test feedback. The implementation was developed with AI assistance.
Applied AI judgment, artwork quality control, product iteration, and the ability to turn a production problem into a testable requirement.
