My Perspective
My background spans creative direction, graphic design, print and embroidery, digital marketing, e-commerce, and video.
Working close to production has taught me to think about how a request enters a business, how work moves between people, and how quality gets checked before delivery.
That perspective now carries into AI-assisted creative tools. InkTru and Local360 let me combine practical requirements, creative judgment, and testing in workflows that keep people involved in the decisions.

Creative direction across digital art, branding, apparel, promotional products, and marketing collateral. Website design, Shopify, customer journeys, and workflow implementation.

2024–2026
Connected customer acquisition and production with custom forms, APIs, scripted quality checks, and tablets at production stations. At each station, artwork, placement, colors, garment sizes, and quantities were verified before the job moved forward. Flagged jobs were held until errors were corrected and checked again. Worked with InkSoft and Printavo.
Built InkSoft stores for schools and other organizations and helped promote them through advertising. All store orders flowed automatically into Printavo, with each workflow step triggering the next through fulfillment and follow-up.
