Build A Place To Order.
Build on-demand stores in InkSoft for schools and organizations, giving each group an online place to shop.
01 / Anchor Apparel / Creative Operations / Workflow Automation
I built InkSoft stores for schools and organizations and connected their orders to Printavo. The order-management workflow was fully automated, with each step triggering the next through production, fulfillment, and customer follow-up.
The Context
Customer acquisition, production, and follow-up each depend on clear information and a dependable next step.
My work focused on connecting those activities. I implemented custom forms, APIs, and scripted checks that brought digital tools into the day-to-day printing process.
Print-production experience shaped the approach: the workflow needed to help people check the job while doing the work.
E-Commerce And Customer Acquisition
I built on-demand websites in InkSoft for schools and other organizations and helped promote them through advertising. All store orders were sent automatically into Printavo, with each workflow step triggering the next through fulfillment and follow-up.

Support the websites with advertising to promote the offer to customers.
Send all InkSoft store orders into Printavo automatically. Each step triggers the next in the order-management workflow, continuing through fulfillment and customer follow-up.
Connected Workflow: InkSoft Store Orders → Printavo → Production → Fulfillment → Follow-Up.
The Decisions
Select a step to see how the automated workflow connected customer acquisition, production checks, fulfillment, and follow-up.
Customer Acquisition
I implemented custom customer-acquisition forms and built on-demand websites for schools and other organizations. I also helped promote the websites through advertising.
The decision: connect the intake experience to the operational workflow that follows it.
Print-Management Intake
Custom forms routed customer requests into print management. Orders from the InkSoft stores were automatically sent into Printavo, where the connected workflow carried each order forward.
The decision: connect customer requests and online sales with the production process.
Production Quality
I automated checks throughout the printing process with scripts and digital tablets at every station. Artwork, print placement, colors, garment sizes, and quantities were checked at each station before the job moved to the next step. If a check found an error, the system flagged the job and blocked it from advancing until the issue was corrected and checked again.
The decision: make a completed accuracy check a condition of every production handoff, with correction and rechecking required when an error was found.
Fulfillment And Customer Follow-Up
The automated workflow continued through fulfillment and follow-up, with each step triggering the next. Custom APIs supported customer follow-up and Google review workflows.
The decision: carry the connected process through fulfillment and into the ongoing customer relationship.
Explanatory workflow reconstructed for this portfolio from the implemented processes. This is a process diagram, not a screenshot of Anchor’s software.
The Result
InkSoft orders flowed automatically into Printavo and through fulfillment and follow-up. Print accuracy improved as artwork, placement, colors, garment sizes, and quantities were checked at every station. Flagged jobs could not advance until the issue was corrected and checked again.
This is a qualitative result from my experience implementing the workflow. A measured reduction in errors or reprints is not yet documented in this case study.
